1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed

Simply combine the following ingredients in a bowl, transfer into a jar or container and wrap it up with a bow for Dad.

2 cups tomato sauce
